The Tropical Alternatives Film Festival
The Tropical Alternatives Film Festival is returning to the Gold Coast and will be held at the Gold Coast Arts Centre (135 Bundall, Rd Surfers Paradise) on Saturday 2 May 2008.
The Tropical Alternatives Film Festival is proud to raise funds for QAHC's Healthy Communities Fund (HCF), with $1 from every ticket sold after costs, donated to HCF to help them continue their important funding of local LGBT community initiatives.

GLBT SOCIAL GROUP FOR THE GOLD COAST
Happy Campers are hosting the Gold Coast Gay Day Recovery from 12pm Monday 4th of May at the Southern end of Pratten Park, Broadbeach, approximately 500m South of Kurrawa Surf Club opposite from the Oasis.
All are invited and welcomed to come along and join in a relaxed, casual environment to regroup with Gold Coast Gay Day revellers, meet new people and socialize with others from the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales areas.
Open to all ages and all backgrounds, a small BBQ (Sausage Sizzle) will be provided for everyone. So bring your picnic rug, hamper and any other refreshments.
